How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend upon the destination and chosen shipping option, see the list below. 

European Union & United Kingdom 

We offer free shipping (4-10 business days) to all EU countries. 

Due to customs issues, currently shipping to the UK can take longer than 10 business days, so we advise that you order in good time if you wish to bring your products on holiday.

Moreover, we also offer Express home delivery (2-5 days) in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal & Spain:  

In Denmark we offer:

• Free delivery to parcel shop with Dao (1-5 days)
• Delivery to parcel shop with GLS  (1-5 days)
• Home delivery with GLS (1-4 days) 

United States & Canada

We offer international express shipping (2-8 days) to the US and Canada. 

NB: Shipping times are excluding the customs processing time.

Australia & New Zealand

We offer express home delivery (2-8 days) to Australia and New Zealand.

Rest of world

Shipping times usually are between 2-8 days, but depend upon the destination, see available shipping options and times at the checkout. 

NB: If you have placed a pre-order, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the products have arrived at our warehouse. Please check the estimated delivery date for the arrival to our warehouse at the bottom of your order confirmation or on the product page.
