Before initiating a return, exchange or complaint, please review this essential information. 


Returning an item? Follow these steps for a seamless experience:

  1. 14-Day Return Period: Ensure the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the package.
  2. Complete Return Slip: Fill out the return slip and securely place it inside the package.
  3. Refund Procedure: If the item meets all requirements, you'll receive a refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed to the same account used for the order payment. Note that refunds can only be issued to the original order placer.
  4. Shipping Clarification: Regrettably, shipping fees are non-refundable. To ensure a safe and swift delivery, we recommend purchasing shipping labels from our website.
  5. Return Shipping: As a customer, you're responsible for the shipping costs of returning the package to us.
  6. Item Condition: The product must be in its original condition to qualify for a refund. For detailed information on item conditions, read further below.

How to Return or Exchange Items

For Returns:

  1. Fill out the return slip here.
  2. Package Care: Place the return slip inside the package, ensuring the packaging and tags remain intact and undamaged.
  3. Shipping Address: Only packages sent directly to our listed address will be processed. Items sent to PO boxes or post offices will not be accepted.
  4. Shipping Duration: Delivery times can vary (up to 7 days) based on the shipping company you choose.

Important Note for International Returns:

If sending a package from outside the EU, include our VAT number on the package exterior and designate it as a return item. Failure to do so may lead to customs fees.


Please note that we do not facilitate item pickups from post offices or PO boxes. All deliveries should be directed to our address listed below. Our service does not extend to pickup from drop-off points such as DAO, BRING, etc.

Condition of Item

  • Feel free to try on the item, simulating an in-store experience.
  • You're liable for any damage to the product during this period.
  • To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact and undamaged.
  • Items displaying signs of use, such as removed or destroyed tags, odors, or animal hairs, will not be eligible for a refund.
